What is 9 Keys?

9 Keys is a program for Windows PCs that facilitates the use of keyboards for people with disabilities. This program turns the numeric keypad (NumPed) into a small keyboard that has letters and numbers.

For example if we press the number "2" once when "NUM LOCK" is On it will give us the letter "A", while if we press it twice it will give us the letter "B", three times the letter "C" and four times number "2". So for each number depending on the alphabet you will choose.

If "NUM LOCK" is Off the keyboard will only output numbers. 9 Keys has two versions for each language 2A and 8A. 2A is the standard version that the number "2" and the letter "A" are located at the bottom of the keyboard. While 8A is the modified version that places the number "2" and the letter "A" at the top of the keyboard, instead of the number "8" like the old phone keyboards.
